Analog Studio

Analog studio, no synthesizers computers, see how it goes

We have a DDA desk and a Fostex G24S 1-inch 24-track recorder. I am not that sure about the brand of the mixing desk, but I am pretty sure about that Fostex recorder since I just replaced about 750 electrolytic capacitors onto that thing. Dolby-S works beautifully too. More to come... as soon as that vinyl recording machine starts to behave.

It went south, happy ending though

DDA is back in the gig box. Instead of building an exclusively analog recording room we decided to move the Fostex G24S into our main control room and make it a part of our current recording setup. That means it will be connected with Otari Status 24+8 desk along with computer. The desk in the picture is not ours but looks just the same apart from the integrated patchbay.
